Academic and Trial License Support

Academic and trial licenses include a minimal amount of support to solve specific problems with Trelis, such as problems with installation or error messages. Standard support does not include training, customization, or other support services on how to use Trelis effectively.

Standard Technical Support

The standard support package is included with the purchase of commercial licenses of Trelis for the first year after purchase. After the first year, standard support is available to rental and maintenance customers. The standard support package can be purchased by entities with academic licenses.

Standard support services provides help to solve specific problems with Trelis, such as problems with installation or error messages. Standard support does not include training, customization, or other support services on how to use Trelis effectively.

Standard support includes the following support benefits:

  • Email support - 48 hour response time, M-F, 8-5 MST.
  • Web community and forum access.
  • Bug fixes
  • Single point of contact from your company.

Premium Technical Support

The premium support package includes all the benefits of the standard support package and the following:

  • 25 hours of specialized support.
  • Phone and email support - 24 hour response time, M-F, 8-5 MST.
  • Monthly statement of support time usage.
  • 25% discount on additional consulting services. Does not include custom software development.
  • Beta program participation.
  • Unlimited points of contact from your company.
  • Dedicated csimsoft support contact.
